The 2020 Frontier does have some upsides, including a 310-horsepower V6 engine that gives it good acceleration. However, U.S. News argues that “its cabin looks outdated and is prone to road and wind noise” and lacks a range of diver-assistance features.

The 2022 Volkswagen Jetta is an unremarkable car that doesn’t stand out compared to vehicles like the Hyundai Elantra. The Jetta’s cabin is uninviting, and apart from the GLI version, its performance is relatively lackluster.

Range Rover’s Velar is infamous for its reliability problems and relatively poor quality. Owners have reported freezing screens, body parts falling off, and backup camera failure, making it more of a status car than a practical everyday vehicle.

The 2020 Toyota Tundra received some improvements, namely the addition of Apple and Android Auto. However, it has poor gas mileage, one of the worst fuel economies of recent full-sized trucks, and a cheap-looking interior.

The EcoSport offered drivers a simple-to-use infotainment system and poised handling, but its cabin was mediocre and filled with hard plastics. It also lacked forward emergency braking and lane-departure warning. Ford later canceled the EcoSport after the 2022 model year.

Dodge’s final Grand Caravan was noted for its unique Stow ‘n Go seats, which neatly folded into the floor, but overall, it was a lackluster minivan. It offered drivers a glaring lack of standard features compared to its competitors, with a rearview camera being its sole driver aid.

The Cadillac XT4 Sport has been praised for its roomy cabin and selection of tech features. However, Motor1 argues that there’s no reason to choose it “over the similarly priced – but larger – BMW X3, Genesis GV70, and Lexus NX” and criticizes its turbocharged engine as “thrashy.”
